2026 Registration
How-to:
Step 1: Complete and submit this registration form. (Please submit only ONE form)
Step 2: Pay your $40 league fee by PayPal or check.* To pay by PayPal click the button below. Make check payable to Lisa Quinn and send to the address below.
Step 3: Come to practice! New players must attend at least two league practices by August 2nd.
To be placed on a team, registration and payment must be received by August 2nd, 2026. League fee includes a team jersey, game balls, officials, field use for games and practices and fun with friends! Players who register after the deadline will be assigned to a wait list and any paid registration fee will be returned.
Payments made through PayPal will be processed through the First Ward Community Fund
